The Integrity Layer publishes its frameworks, research, and tools as a public resource: work meant to be read, used, tested, and built upon by anyone working to bring more coherence to how organizations and intelligent systems operate.

This work is offered openly, not as a finished doctrine but as a foundation. Others are welcome to draw from it, adapt it, and extend it into their own contexts, with attribution to the original frameworks and their authorship. Collaboration and contribution are part of how this work is meant to grow.

Five frameworks have been published and DOI-registered, with more in development. What is offered here is not a fixed system to be adopted wholesale. It is a starting architecture, open to being tested, questioned, and carried forward.

Values are structural forces.

The most consequential work of this decade is governance work. Not policy. Not compliance. The deeper architecture: the systems, structures, and values frameworks that determine how intelligence, human and artificial, shapes the world.

Values are not abstract ideals. They are dynamic forces that move through organizations, institutions, relationships, and systems, shaping decisions, behaviour, and outcomes whether or not they are named. When they are not designed for, they drift. When they drift, systems fail the humans inside them and around them. The damage is rarely visible until it has already compounded.

The Integrity Layer was built on a single conviction: that values can be made operational. Quantifiable. Governable. That the architecture of human flourishing is not a philosophical aspiration. It is an engineering problem that has not yet been properly framed.
